The rooms are a decent size and quite comfortable with free water and a coffee machine and pods, a boiler and tea. The bathroom, especially the toilet were rather dirty (we were in room 1). ”

We visited the pub restaurant a few times and despite letting staff know of a dairy allergy, they run out of dairy free milk the next day before a planned breakfast. “Really lovely pub with great hotel rooms and parking (at an additional £10). Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a lovely outdoor space and the food (we stayed on for Sunday lunch) was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish, the pub décor was also stylish and comfortable. Don't really know how well connected it was to public transport as we drove there and then walked everywhere we wanted to go. All round great experience and would stay again if I needed to be in that part……

“A superb hotel overall. Beautifully decorated rooms, ample parking, small attempts to reduce packaging and waste and superb cleaning between each night stay. The only flaw was the initial reception presence. I and some other guests waited some time before having to locate a member of staff to check in. They were clearly supporting in the restaurant leaving the front desk unmanned. Unfortunately, neither the laptop or desktop were playing ball so I was given a key to expedite the process. A……
