Good location and good size room. Small issue with children running around in room above and shower tiling had black stains/mould. The room and bathroom need some maintenance and a refresh. Particularly when paying close to £300/night!

Cosy hotel in the heart of Hammersmith with lots of cool stores and restaurants. A short walk to the Tube station and river with very few tourists. The pub downstairs is really nice with good food and drinks. Street noise is minimal with the windows closed. The room was quite large with a large modern bathroom and air conditioning. Only snag is the lack of a lift (elevator) but staff will take your bags upstairs. A pleasant change from the chain hotels and hoards of tourists. Loved it!

This was my second time staying here. The hotel is beautiful and the bar has a nice selection of food, drinks, coffee. I’ve had their Sunday roast on a prior stay and it was really good. I love that the hotel is located near the tube and many restaurants are walkable from the hotel.

Very cutesy and beautiful hotel. Staffs and their services are exceptional. Keep in mind this is a much smaller hotel than you think. There is no elevator so bringing your luggage would be a hassle. If you are a taller person than the rooms realistically might be too small as well.

Friendly staff, massive rooms, excellent amenities, including air-conditioning which worked beautifully. An incredible, beautiful looking bar with great selection of food, drinks and games. Close to transport, would happily stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at this cozy, historic hotel. We stayed in Room #10, and although it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay. We also enjoyed having drinks and meals at the pub, where the food was great and the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

AC does not work well, and food quality in the bar is a bit lacking. Rooms were clean but make sure you can lift your luggage up the many flights of stairs, there are 5 stories to the hotel.

Wonderful stay above a great pub. Unique and cosy room interiors. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean and hygienic. Safe too. Great housekeeping service too. 7-8mins walk to the train station. Park nearby great for daily walks. Can be bit noisy at night due to vehicles. But all in all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the great pub downstairs.
