“I walked from the Des Plaines Metra station to the hotel, and that took half an hour. The bus doesn't run frequently enough during the night to be worth the wait. Thankfully, the weather was pleasant.”

“The house keeping did not even sanitize the toilet. They did not flush the toilet! The bedding was dirty too. Someone’s hair was on the bedding.”

“The staff was amazing !! The ladies at front desk were soooo nice. Honestly I would go back just for them. Breakfast area sooo clean and very good!! Walls in the hotel were a bit sketchy kinda dirty but beds were clean and bathroom was clean. I honestly would be back! ”
