“My sister and I had 2 small dogs with us, the beds were comfortable, the room was ckean throughout. There were lots of extra touches like chocolates and all the facilities a person would need, Iron hair dryer etc. There was a very vast selection of breakfast items which had obviously been carefully chosen. We would definately come back again.”

“Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel.”

“Fantastic lodge, clean, warm and quiet. Quick replies to questions. You don't need to message about parking or a code to get in. Wait for a email an hour after booking. If booking at short notice your name won't be on the room list so you have to phone them. Only downside. Fridge and microwave with cutlery downstairs. ”

“ Adam and his wife, both keepers of the hotel, are wonderful and very helpful. The family room is clean and tidy and spacious.A bit of challenge for family with heavy luggage as upper floor room got no lift. If the toilet has a larger mirror and the dining table larger for a family of four, the hotel deserves 6 of the full mark is 5.The hotel is close to the Lumley Street (the main shoppinh street).”

“After a last minute trip for my daughters birthday and a quick phone call with John, we booked three rooms. Upon arrival John met us and showed us the rooms and gave us some information about the local area. Rooms were spot on, amazing location and a quality price. As a commuter, I do not often leave feedback as I stop out quite a lot, however the family rooms are amazing and I will be back again with my family!”
