"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "

"We had nice dinner our first night. The only glitch was when I selected the online room service option for me to pick up breakfast at the restaurant rather than delivery. When I went to the restaurant they didn’t know what I was talking about. They found the order and insisted they deliver it instead. That was OK but should not have an option online uf it isn’t really available. "
