“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“Pros: * Good breakfast, you can even sit outside to enjoy the view. * Great to have free access to the spa/gym in Corinthia hotel. * Good Wifi. * With a balcony overlooking the bay is nice, it's cosy to sit at the balcony in a sunny day in winter. * Check-in process is pleasant. You can even see the welcome message with your name displayed on the TV in your room, pretty cool. * The first room we got is spacious (as it's on the edge). “Room wasn’t ready at time of check-in but offered another room at €50 per night extra which incl Club M lounge access- kinda good, nice staff in lounge area, it was more pleasant for breakfast compared to buffet on level 2 but we had paid for breakfast with our original sea view room, so not a saving. Manager was very nice & decorated our bed plus Prosecco & cake for our anniversary, so that was extremely nice. Large hotel but staff made you feel special. Wigi’s restaurant close by is a must too”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“The hotel has re-opened in 2024, so older reviews are not really relevant any longer in many regards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours, it was no issue at all that we arrived rather late (22:30). The rooms are really ok (this is a 3 star hotel): expect on-wall wiring and a rather small bathroom/shower, but everything was very clean. Our economy room had a balcony with sea view to the side.
