“I booked a room and as I was staying for a diving holiday with my mate, not my partner, I phoned the hotel and requested a twin room but when we arrived it was set up as a double bed which was 2 single beds pushed together. When I pointed this out, all they did was move the beds apart. When I complained this was a double room and i wanted a twin room as per my phone call they insisted all their rooms were set up like this basically with a large double head board and plug sockets on the right and……

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“This hotel was basically all-inclusive. They had plenty of pools and dining options for my 4-day stay. The view from my room was amazing. The staff was amazing and very nice. I will definitely be back.”

“Pros: * Good breakfast, you can even sit outside to enjoy the view. * Great to have free access to the spa/gym in Corinthia hotel. * Good Wifi. * With a balcony overlooking the bay is nice, it's cosy to sit at the balcony in a sunny day in winter. * Check-in process is pleasant. You can even see the welcome message with your name displayed on the TV in your room, pretty cool. * The first room we got is spacious (as it's on the edge). Cons: * Found out the A/C heating function is not……

“第一晚入住房間浴室的熱水，完全不熱，要求換房就沒有房間可換，第二天更換的房間，浴缸又漏水，唯一可取是房間很大，有獨立飯廳及客廳，全部房間都有露台，還有免費停車場”

“The resort is very good which has excellent view of beach. There couples of restaurant that can choose and food is average. Little distribution on electricity cut in midnight, that quite disappointed. But overall is good and worth. ”
