“There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast……

“The property in general is well presented and in good condition. The room I had was excellent, newly renovated, spacious and comfortable; the best room I had on this trip in Israel. I did find the staff though to be relatively unfriendly, everything requested was an effort and they certainly didn’t go out of their way to assist and show good customer service. “Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty.
