“Awesome property! ”

“I really liked the two story jr, townhome suite. Fully equipped with every kitchen convenience. Let me suggest better coffee and coffeemakers, and teabags in each room. Or at a minimum, complimentary coffee for paying guests at the in-house restaurant. Both my husband and I thought the walk- out balconies would have been better at the lower level, with Juliet balconies in the bedroom. Something to consider if you ever do a refresh of the townhome suites. These are just nuggets for thought; we……

“We have stayed at the Icona Cape May many times and always enjoy it. My only complaints are that the check out time of 10:00 am is too early! 11:00 or 12:00 would be more reasonable. Additionally the carpeting is looking soiled and either needs to be cleaned or replaced. ”

“Love the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The golf cart service offered by the hotel is a plus. Our driver Eric was great.. Very pleasant & personable. The only thing that I would have to complain about would be the fact that our room was right over the outside bar and they had a live band so it was a little loud”

“I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location. Close to the beach and walkable to town and so many restaurants. It’s great that they offer chairs and an umbrella at the beach. My favorite perk. But, next time I will bring my own just in case. They weren’t available in the Friday, and if it storms in the morning they might not open, even if is nicer later in the day. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. ”

“I feel that the room is much older than the picture of the advertisement. The room has a musty smell and will not live in such a room in the future. ”

“Excellent location within walking distance of the mall/stores in Cape May and right on the beach. The layout of the rooms is great for larger families or multiple families travelling together since there are separate bedrooms, multiple baths and a full kitchen. Friendly and accommodating staff. Superior beds and linens. They make you feel special. We stay here often and will continue to do so.”
