“Five high school friends celebrating friendship in Myrtle Beach. Ages 70+. Condo was perfect for the five of us. Communication with Scott was terrific. Immediate response to my many questions was a plus! Great view, comfy beds, well stocked with kitchen supplies and right on the beach. Oh and parking right by the door! We couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this condo.”

“We loved how easy it was to see and get to the beach. It was cool while we were there so the hot tubs were a hit also. We were in town for a college softball tournament and this place was perfect for the week. There were only 2 of us, but there was definitely room for more.”

“Gate code not sent before check in. No cell signal at gate so it was very hard to get in. Condo was basic but clean. No hot tub at pool. Not enough bath towels. NO pool towels. NO hair dryer. ”

“We all enjoyed our stay in this penthouse condo. The view was beautiful, the remodeled unit was awesome, and the amenities were wonderful. The extra touches ( ample linens were provided, snacks were in basket, etc.) were very much appreciated. We felt welcomed to the condo when we arrived! This was a return stay and we will do it again!”

“There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. ……

“Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed. ”

“bath sink clogged when we arrived. human hair on the sink and toilet. outer vestibule door would not latch and blew open and closed during high winds.”
