「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」

「My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. 」

「The place is exclusive and has its own port. The hotel has a ready van to transport you from the port to the hotel. The food is excellent. The entire staff are respectful and friendly. 」

「Positive: good location for intended purpose, great amenities, new annex building, friendly staff. Negative: No lifts, leaking tap, bad bathroom design, noisy, no telephone in room, poor tv reception, noisy aircon, bed bug」

「We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day 」

We've been to different locations of Days Hotel Wyndham but Days Hotel Iloilo City is so far the best in those aspects I mentioned above.
