“We like to stay in this condo on our yearly trip if possible, but this was the first year in this particular suite. The view was fantastic and we were able to watch dolphins and rays from the balcony every day. The walk to the beach is short and easy, the chairs that come with it are convenient and the pool is always clean. The facility is always clean and well kept. “This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island.……

The only reasons I marked down on cleanliness were the lack of dish soap, some leftover possessions from previous tenants in the master bath under the sink that should have been found and disposed of before we entered, and the Dryer (which needs to be replaced and was very hard to get working). But with all that being said, if I travel back to Pensacola Beach, I would definitely rent the condo again.”

“I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. And white this unit is definitely not new and could use some tlc, it is well designed, comfortable, clean and has great amenities. I could open my bedroom balcony door and hear the waves all night. I could lay in bed and watch the waves. From bedroom if unit has amazing views of the bay. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“This was a wonderful place to stay with a family. The description and pictures are 100% accurate. We had 2 boys (14 ans 10). The bunk beds and separate bathroom was a plus. The half balf was also beneficial. Portofino is definitely a family oriented place. The extreme package was well worth the money and paid for itself 3x over. “My family stayed here the week of Memorial Day. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (9 yo and 13 yo). The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. Donna was very responsive and accommodating. I let her know that we would be arriving prior to the actual check in time and she did her best to get us in the condo early, which we greatly appreciate.
