“Was a very nice room, welcoming accommodations from victor. He went above and beyond to help us at our time of need. Victor was extremely helpful and very inviting. I wish there were more people like victor in this world. My family and I will definitely come back if there were more people like him to help you out. You guys have a great guy, please I hope he doesn't leave.”

“It’s almost perfect the only downside is it doesn’t have an elevator so we need to carry our luggage’s 4 staircases.. but the receptionist helped us .. she’s excellent…”

“Staff were great. Used there shuttle service for a fee from airport which was lower than getting on our own, and again for $5 to Cruise Terminal. Breakfast was fine and we also had dinner at Hotel which was very good. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Tony was the best, he picked up our party of 4 up at FCO Airport and drove us to Civitavecchia. He also provided information on what to see, places to eat, and where the cruise port bus pickup is located (just 5 mins walk away from the hotel). At the property, Luca was fantastic, he got us checked in and made sure we understood how everything worked. Will definitely stay there again!!!”

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“We found the location very convenient and the woman who greeted us, was quick to arrive and also very nice and clear with the instructions. It was unfortunately very noisy during the night because the train tracks are right in front of the building and since we don’t like air conditioning, see slept with the window open, but we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also this underlying smell of nail polish remover that was bothering me. The place itself was great though and very clean.……

“Thanks to Federico (Shuttle and Chef) and Alessio (front desk) for a GREAT stay. Federico met us just outside of arrivals area for the trip out to the hotel. Room was ready on morning arrival (amazing!) with Alessio providing suggestions on where to go and what to do. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and with some rooms having balconies. They were working on updating (painting, repairs) on several of the floors. Breakfast was provided in the morning with availability between 7 and 10. Would……

“A hidden gem. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Only downside was being charged 50 euros for "early check-in" for a room that was available when we arrived at 11:30am but weren't able to occupy until 3pm unless we paid the fee.”
