The staff was extremely helpful and communicative through texting in the Expedia chat…well before we arrived to ensure they were available for us etc. They let us store our baggage there AFTER check out and treated us like family

Situated in an excellent position, lots of shopping, bars and restaurants nearby, but also quiet. Comfy bed and adequate bathroom. Ideal for a stay before a cruise. Staff helpful. Be sure to confirm whether breakfast is included or not. We were told it wasn’t but our confirmation from Expedia said it was? Just grab a coffee and pastry then have an early lunch at a restaurant or bar overlooking the sea instead.

If you’re cruising out of Civitavecchia this is the place to stay !! Amazing staff , amazing location and so peaceful and quiet they will order a ride to take you to the port that is 2 mins away but will leave you right at the entrance of the cruise ship. Restaurants galore around ! I recomendé

7Bells house is a unique boutique hotel directly across from the Civitavecchia port. Our 2-night stay was comfortable, and our host was so helpful with everything. Our room was spotless, and breakfast (continental) was very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a lovely and very clean hotel. Plenty of room for 4 in our room. The hotel is very updated and located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great and they arranged transfer directly to the port for us for €10 each. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location. Amazing air-conditioning - particularly in the July weather. Really comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Simple but tasty breakfast. Great place to stay before getting our cruise. Absolutely wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and even able to check in early after being exhausted from a cruise. The customer service was fantastic, properly spotless and our room was very comfortable for our family of 4, even with air conditioning - which is very hard to find! The host had wonderful recommendations of local restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay.
