“I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in. I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded.”

“Das Zimmer war top-modern und sehr neu, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Der Pool ist überraschend groß und blitzsauber, mit vielen Liegen, sodass immer ein Platz zum Entspannen frei war. Die Bar ist hübsch gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders praktisch fand ich den günstigen Snackautomaten für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Der Service war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. “Very nice, quiet and clean place, unexpected and large rooms with very nice appointments and bathrooms. It's great for a few nights stay but no food is allowed in the rooms. It feels like you have the entire place to yourself due to the small number of rooms available and the staff was very kind!”

“Frederica was wonderful! She made sure I had everything I needed. Espresso, pastry, toast for breakfast was great! Also available was coffee / espresso, juices and water throughout the stay for no additional charge. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Area has a lot of things in walking distance. “The room was perfect, so clean and modern with a great view! It felt very safe and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful when we reached out with general questions about our trip. The location is excellent, a view, the beach, lots of food and markets close by but not loud in the room. The bus and train station is 1 minute away it was so perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! ”

“The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. The location was perfect for a one-night stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants. When we booked the room, we were told breakfast was included. Then we received an email that breakfast……
