“Beautiful hotel. Didn't really interact with the employees so can't speak to service. The gate to get out of the paid parking garage doesn't not work with digital key. The pool is NOT open 24/7 like the app says. We would've changed our plans so we could get a swim in if we had known they closed the pool @ 11 p.m. Also, the elevators are finicky. We didn't get cookies, I guess because we didn't check in at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. ”

However, I was in town for business and it was centrally located for my needs and budget friendly as my stay was only a few days. ”

“The hotel is an older one but the rooms have been renovated and were clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the bed was comfortable and not lumpy. My only 2 complaints and reasons for not giving this a 5 star review was 1, my husband killed a small cockroach during the first night of our stay. 2 there is nowhere near enough parking near the rooms. During our last night there we couldn't find any place to park on the side of the hotel where our room was and had to park on the other……

“Conveniently located, relatively quiet aside from occasional drag race down 71st by motorcycles, but I was on the noisy end of the building. Clean and staff was polite. Desk chair was too short and I'm 6'3. Desk-lite was worthless. It was a good place to sleep for 5 1/2 hrs after a 12 hr drive.”
