“Customer service was lacking”

“Clean, comfortable, and up to date! My only complaint is that it’s a little bit pricey, but if you’re really into going to the casino, then it would be good. I didn’t actually even go to the casino. I like the option of adults only pool after 9 PM. And they even had gluten-free rice crispy treats!! ”

“Room was great and the staff was fantastic. Heater in Lobby and cafe area was broken which made it very cold for drinks at the bar and breakfast. The staff let us know they were trying to fix the issue but it wasn’t fixed by the time we checked our. Overall I would recommend this hotel as it was very nice and clean. ”

“My stay was fine and the staff was both friendly and helpful. The Hotel is going through renovations, so that's the only reason why it doesn't have 5 Stars Across the Board from me. However, I was in town for business and it was centrally located for my needs and budget friendly as my stay was only a few days. ”

“Beautiful hotel. Didn't really interact with the employees so can't speak to service. The gate to get out of the paid parking garage doesn't not work with digital key. The pool is NOT open 24/7 like the app says. We would've changed our plans so we could get a swim in if we had known they closed the pool @ 11 p.m. Also, the elevators are finicky. We didn't get cookies, I guess because we didn't check in at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. ”

“The location of the Fairfield is awesome; it's within easy walking distance of Cain's ballroom, the Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie Centers, numerous dining options and a great tiki bar (the Saturn Room). The people at the counter at check-in were super friendly and helpful with suggestions (tiki bar!). The parking was easy.”
