"This hotel is right on the river with convenient walking access to nice restaurants and shopping. It is a short car ride ( Lyft or Uber) to the mag mile. The doorman greated us and sent us to the second floor to check in. We had a wonderful room with a view of the river. The workout room was very nice and clean ( located on the 4th floor spa area). Everyone was nice and friendly and the service was great!! I would definitely come back again."

"We had outstanding desk help in the form of Kenya and Jose. Always ready to offer suggestions for dining, or sights not to be missed; always with a laugh or a joke. The location was not quiet. Just half a block from a fire department. Lots of sirens. It isn't the Hyatt of the 70's or 80's but it was pleasant. Wasn't impressed with the service in their restaurant, Ema, but there are tons of great eating places within walking distance."
