"Upon entering the hotel, the staff was friendly and courteous. It smelled like they had just got done cleaning the place. I stayed in an all-girls 4-bed dorm on the 4th floor. The room met the description. Overall, it was in good shape. Maybe a little chipped paint on the ceiling but I am not in Chicago to stare at the walls and ceiling all day. "I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. They are highly unprofessional, treating guests as if they were criminals and the staff were the police. It felt like they were suspicious of everyone. The check-in process was painfully slow, with the staff constantly checking something and taking forever to issue room keys. No one smiled, and the atmosphere was extremely tense. Do not stay here if you're looking to enjoy your stay and have a good time....
