“The property that I stayed at had extraordinary views from the bedroom one night you could see the moon rising The next day there was an incredible thunderstorm I enjoyed watching from the apartment. My only suggestions I would say to the property owner that is managed by the maintenance staff on site. The sliding doors had some difficulty opening and closing a microwave would be nice in addition the grease trap for the vent above the stove needed to be cleaned. There was a washer and dryer on……

“What a break…pineapple jelly with coconut bread, smoothies, coffee with milk (in bamboo), eggs, cheese, plantanos and ham! Flowers in seashells topped the presentation! We had a choice to be served on the veranda or to have a floating tray in the waterfall pool. This place has absolutely outdone any and all competition in my book! If ever in Las Galeras, I highly recommend Chalet Tropical Bio-hotel! It will surpass any expectations and then some!”

“Small walk to town; property is beautiful. Our rooms a bit dated, and we couldnt figure out the shower to get hot, water barely came out. The instructions, seemed outdated, so the buttons didnt work. One of our rooms A/C leaked the last night, all of our bags that we left on the floor and also the Chair. luckily our passports werent damaged. I expected a credit or our troubles, but none was offered. Front desk wasnt always staffed so couldnt get bottled waters or ask for help with the A/C;……

“There is no TV or WiFi. You are able to relax n join other guests. Hanging out by bon fire n common areas. The staff were so accommodating. All meals were great. ”

“Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Extremely noisy! Neighbour adjacent to hotel plays music at a ridiculously loud level, had to use ear plugs and still sounded louder than a loud concert. Very very noisy part of town. ”

“This is a real beach get away, there is not so much around but that adds to the tranquility of the area. If you need to just get away from the crowds and enjoy the coast this is a wonderful place. The jungle apartment also was incredible, we would spend an hour just watching the wildlife on the tree that runs through the building. Of course being in the jungle environment means jungle animals so be warned there will be some big looking spiders. ”
