“From checking in to checking out my family of 5 had a wonderful visit. For us the food was very good, from the buffet and especially the Italian restaurant. The staff were all friendly. The bartenders at the swim up pool were mazing, especially the Alberto’s at the relaxing pool. Would recommend this resort and definitely would go back! This is an adult only resort and going here you need to understand that going in. We had a great time!”

“My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. ”

“Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. "En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
