“Beautiful view from the terrace as well as from the pool. House was very clean and well equipped. The host was great and helped us with everything we needed.”

“We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. “Also wenn man keinen Neubau erwartet, dann ist es ein sehr schönes Grundstück. Wir waren Super zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Der Pool Überragend, ein Grill wird zur Nutzung bereitgestellt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles in Allem weiter zu empfehlen! Danke”

“Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen……

“Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. Great help, support and overall customer experience with the agency+owner.”

“Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello.”

“We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes.”

“We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Jeżeli potrzebujesz wypocząć od zgiełku miejskiego to moim zdaniem nie ma lepszego miejsca. Dom przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Basen duży i czysty. Dużo miejsca w ogrodzie do relaksu i wypoczynku. Miejsce do wspólnych posiłków przy basenie dla 12 osób. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom”

“Die Lage ist einmalig. Wir wurden nicht informiert, dass das Restaurant geschlossen hatte. Das war schwierig in der Einsamkeit.Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Personal bemüht, aber nicht auf Gäste vorbereitet.”

“I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. Our family enjoyed every minute and Nadia checked in daily with us to make sure we always had what we needed. It is a beautiful short drive into town and there is everything you need……
