“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“I live in the hotel for 19 days, but no one help me make up my room even I giving extra tips. Services is horrible! Never recommend to anyone.”

One minus was that the window was only 2inches to open and was milk glass and there was No way to see how the weather is outside or anything else!. ”

“This hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to the all the pubs the in temple bar area. The hotel is a bit dated, although you can tell some elements have been recently renovated. We asked for an early check-in ahead of arrival and we did get to check-in around noon so I appreciated that immensely and we were given 3 drink vouchers for Buskers next door. The room itself was a good size and appeared clean, I say appeared because when I finally went to bed I noticed something had……
