“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“reception service is very slow. I need to call more than 5 times and just have someone to pick up the phone. No hair dryer in room and someone came to see after 20min after calling. And then still cannot provide hair dryer. WIFI is often disconnected. ”

“This hotel was really nice with large, comfortable rooms. It is at the end of the tram line. It was super easy access to the city center. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. ”

“Generally the surrounding gardens need some serious work. We food in the restaurant to be poor. I believe the ” fresh battered fish” was frozen. The sea view room we had was spacious with two door that opened for a great sea view…unfortunately only one of the door opened the other door hit the bottom of the curtain pelmet. In the bathroom the sink that sat on a vanity the laminate had come away from the front. In the shower the drain cover not attached. ”
