“This hotel was incredible. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re looking for chilled nice vibes throughout the day, but it’s also a short walk away from some of the biggest clubs in Ibiza. Amazing selection of restaurants and bars and the staff were so friendly. The spa was also amazing if you are wanting to relax and use the facilities. “The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”
