「Pool was great! Staff very friendly. Love that it’s dog friendly. 」

「We liked the lake access with free paddle boards, kayaking, aqua-cycles, and jet ski rentals. The shuttle bus to Silver Dollar City is convienient. We did not like there's no Tiki Bars but you can bring your own alcohol. There is a super chill outside bar on the property. Coffee pots are provided but not coffee. There's no room service but there is a really good pizza place and severa food trucks on the property.」

「We loved our stay here, great location by the trees and a river. Hot tubs were great and scored big with the teenagers! Only negatives were the breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired - not a lot of variety, no hot foods, not much protein. Also, they have firepits for roasting smores but you have to pay $5 for a kit that makes 2! If we had known that we would have brought our own makings. For those reasons they receive a 4 out of 5 stars - would have been 5 if the breakfast wasn't...

「The front desk was super friendly and helpful!! Our room was by the stairs to the 3rd floor, and there were a lot of kids staying this particular weekend. It was obnoxious having the kids running and screaming up and down the hallways as late as midnight. But, it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, it was a good stay. Would definitely stay again!」

「Liked the living accommodations and the quiet. Did not like the leaky faucet in the bathtub and the crack in the bathtub. Did not like the lack of an elevator. We are in our 70's.」

「Wonderful stop on our family vacation. My daughter was somewhat an expert already having watched probably every paranormal YouTube video about this place. The hotel has been remodeled so nicely that it easily beats any in the area. The piano music in the dining hall could be better, maybe just don’t amplify it. We liked the games outside and the haunted tour was really fun. My wife said that was the most comfortable bed on our entire cross-country road-trip. Highly recommend staying here and...
