“If you have a large group of people, this is a great place to stay. There are six bedrooms and three full baths. The living room, kitchen and dining room along with the deck that goes around half of the house was great for our family while spending time there. The only disappointment was the swingset outside. It hasn’t been kept up and the treehouse was unusable. Outside of that we had a great time and would stay there again if we were in the area. Highly recommend!”

“I stopped staying at comfort inns years ago for they have really declined in cleanliness and presitage. However, this comfort gave me hope that they are back on the up and up. Hotel room was spacious, clean, breakfast was amazing. Especially the strawberry waffles! Staff was friendly and very hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and if ever come back to yellow springs for a weekend adventure we will definitely be back! ”

“Staff was very polite, rooms were clean, pool was available and was nice. Area is close to major highways and had a lot of food options. Continental breakfast was liked by children. ”

“Every aspect of this place...stay was first class!!!...The house is just a lot of FUN!!...comfortable....well stocked with all necessary kitchen "Stuff"....and the grounds!!...Amazing!...down to the pansies in the planter boxes!!...Quiet...peaceful...and easy access toYS!...One of the best of our MANY worldwide stays...I don't want to be too elusive as that might not allow us to "get it" again!!...oh and BTW...the HOSTESS...is of the MOSTEST!!!”

“It was literally a place to lay my head. This is what i wamted and this is what i got. Not good or bad but the cost was what I needed and I am thankful for the space was offered. ”

“This house has several bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, which is great for a large group. It is secluded in a really nice, lush green, wooded area. Some parts of the house are updated really nicely; others are outdated and in need of repair (e.g. holes in walls, cloudy full length mirror.) There is a washer and dryer not mentioned in the listing. Closet in master bedroom was locked and another bedroom's closet had a dresser taking up all the space, so we had to use the closet rod in……

“Nice place for our pre and post wedding lodging. Bathrooms were not ideal~no on suite. Doors did not deadbolt except front~would prefer better security.”

“The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!”
