“房間設施ok,但水的供應沒有品牌，又沒有純度特色說明，很不ok. 早餐不ok,品質不好。用餐環境的設計與此歷史建築物不搭，毫無美感，重點，傢俱材質也不優，糟蹋此歷史建築物。 Lobby的大象更是離譜的不搭調，氛圍因此很糟，很失望。”

“A new and chic hotel near Liverpool Street station. Rooms and lobby are newly furnished, with a Michelin Star restauant on 7/F. However, the room can be noisy in evening due to railways nearby as well as the bar on ground floor”

“Staff are nice and helpful. Location is great, few minutes from Liverpool Street Station. Room is a bit small but comfortable still. Minor issue, the toilet would be a bit flooding after shower.”

“Our stsy was brilliant. Half board. Breakfast range superb. So much choice. We ate in Leo's in house restaurant and the food and service was to a very high standard. Ice cold drinking water and juice in reception on tap. Couldn't fault anything. Complementary drinks in room including hot espresso coffee machine. Clean towels daily. We enjoyed everything about our stay. ”

“This was the 2nd time that I have stayed at Fraser Residence City and each time has been great. The rooms are spacious, modern and super clean. There is some construction going on in the building nearby which can be disturbing during the day, but it was not much of an issue as I was gone during the day-time. I highly recommend staying here as it is nearby to all the buses, trains, shops in the London Bridge/Bank area.”
