“Everything is very good. It would be perfect if the shower water pressure is a little higher”

“The location of the hotel was very convenient to shopping, parks, restaurants, museums, etc. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but the lighting was really dim. The lighting in the hallways on our floor was really dim as well. There were coffee and apples available in the lobby in the morning, but no bananas as indicated on the sign. Also, the coffee was gone one morning by 9:30 am. It seems like coffee should at least be available to guests most of the day for the price of……

“The shower pressure is extremely low, the fan coil is extremely noisy, and the curtain cannot be fully closed. Avoid north-facing rooms. They have a strange layout and a building view about 3 meters away. I will not stay in this hotel again!”

“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”
