"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were fresh and clean. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the desk with ample counter space. Proximity to the subway was great. Overall my stay was wonderful and I would come back because i know the staff are amazing. "

"We thought the room was a good size for NYC and it was furnished nicely. The front desk people were entirely helpful and friendly. The location was noisy throughout the night, but then it is near a rowdy district and we were there on a holiday weekend. We were disppointed, however, not to get fresh towels or coffee pods for our second night, and had to ask. I would stay again - though perhaps not on a holiday weekend."

"The front desk clerk was so nice to let us stay a little bit until after the check out time, because i told them my daughter is sleeping in because she couldn’t sleep last night. Breakfast was really good. "

"Very convenient location. Staff communicative. The amenity of leaving the luggage before check-in and after check-out is great. Room clean and comfortable beds. Rooms have the minimal required for a good night rest to continue the NYC adventure."

"Our room was pretty good. Not a great view with the scaffolding--- the bed was kind of slanted, but otherwise we had a great stay and all the staff was super nice. "

"Loaded with families from church conference that over ran the court yard. Room had a musty smell but was clean. Breakfast was better than usual. "

"We have a great family vacation in NYC. The service at this hotel was great. Everything we requested they quickly provided and the location was great for our needs. It’s hard for us to find hotels that room 5 so this was great."

"The place was lovely and i got a free upgrade for my hotel room which was a surprise but a delight "

"Overall, lovely room in a boutique hotel. I stayed on a Sunday, so the area was quiet. There were eateries within walking distance. Only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. I was too tired to want to deal with luggage and getting to the pick up point for the airport shuttle from the airport. And the shuttle wasn't available at 7am the next day to take me to the airport. I used Uber both times. "
