"This facility is super nice, and very convenient and walkable to many restaurants and bars. I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. However, there is a secured parking lot a few blocks away, and the gentlemen that worked there were tremendous!! Very customer service-oriented and provide a safe parking environment. The hotel was great, with security on-site, and it is in a good neighborhood - felt very safe at night walkng...

"This hotel is in a great area if you're in town to see Broadway shows. However, it's an older hotel and it shows -- none of the outlets in the bathroom worked, some of the other outlets were inactive, the shower leaked puddles onto the floor, the toilet was tough to flush, etc. Nothing major, still a decent stay with decent amenities on the first floor, but the little things added up to push this property a little lower on the list of my preferred hotels in the area. "

"We were a family of four - location was perfect for sightseeing and transport- we used the LIRR to return to airport and rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky!! The room allowance worked well and we spent this in the lovely bakery attached to the hotel. We all enjoyed a six night stay here!!"
