"The staff from front desk to cleaning were unbelievably helpful and polite. The hotel has been totally remodeled inside and oiut and is very nice. There are 5 restaurants around the hotel within 50 fe-100 feet with very goood, different food options. Definitely recommend for family or couples "

"Hotel was actually a timeshare, which was fine. Living, dining, kitchen, washer/dryer, bedroom bathroom. Atriangke balconey where we had partial ocean view which was appreciated. A little dated, and little things needed fixing, transition piece between flooring, but still lovely overall. Would we stay here again, absolutely as is right on beachfront. Not during this week, some kind of motorcycle marathon or something... up and down the road, it's a yearly event so road was blocked and it was...

I was check-in to a handicapped room but I didn't reserve a handicapped room. The bathroom had no tub and the water ran into the bathroom floor since there was nothing to stop the water for spreading to the floor. There was no mat on the floor. Floor gets soaked and slippery.
