"We stayed here for one night during Sanja Matsuri festival. It’s location is excellent for exploring Asakusa. The lobby is located on the 5th floor and you can only access it through one of the elevators of the shopping mall (this can be confusing for the check in). As a nature of being annexed to a mall in a busy street, you can expect the elevators to be a bit slow and crowded. The check in was smooth, and staff was professional. The room was good. "Building is dated and can use an update. The room is small but workable for 2 person. Staffs are friendly and supportive. The overall staying is good. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel, which provide an excellent options! "

"Cannot fault the hotel really. After 18 hour flight it was the perfect hotel to check into. Room was small but think that’s standard in Japan. The amenities were great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Only criticism was no iron in the room which meant I had to go down each day to reception to borrow one. Apart from that I would stay here again."

"remm Roppongi delivered beyond expectations. This hotel is an ultimate stay in Tokyo as it's very nice, clean, and quiet with great amenities and a wonderful staff. It's also in a great area with a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. options. It's close to the subway system so you can reach anywhere very quickly and also you can walk to areas like Roppongi Hills or Omotesando in 10-20 minutes.
