"Busy location but central in Kuta. First gave room in basement (LG) with no window. We didn’t notice as it was 2am. I saw front desk in morning and they switched us to better room with a proper window. We paid for Deluxe room too. Ensure you don’t get LG room when check in. Fair hotel. Mercury seems much nicer next door for not much more. Good spa below. "
