"This property is absolutely stunning. It has security and a professionally trained staff. The breakfast is like no other, I have never seen a buffet this big and with this many offerings. Your wish is their command. 24hr room service and 5 swimming pools. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside your door. Also, the atm that is right outside gives you a better deal on rupiahs. By far, one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. "

"Great day spa facilities, choice of pools and quiet areas without children. Great location and restaurants were all fantastic with lots of variety of food. Very large busy resort so easy to get looked over so you need to get attention of staff but that is okay. A tour or map of the resort would have been helpful, you were shown your room and that was it. The bed was very very uncomfortable. We only stayed 4 nights and i wouldn't have been able to stay longer. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay "

Not only was the position of the accommodation perfect for shopping, but it is also situated on the beach. Accommodation was quite spacious and well maintained. Found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be visiting again "
