"It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. We are a family of five of which three are boys under ten. The front desk was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the boys loved the rock slide at the pool!"

"This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! "

"The location is wonderful. Our view was great. We had shelter that was cool, a place to sleep, and a kitchen. But, the place was unclean ( used wash rag in shower and floors so dirty it turned our socks black). They are refreshing the building, so construction noise was jarring early in the morning and persisted all day. There was only one working elevator."

"My experience was ok at the property. It was right on the beach and wasn’t to crowded with people so that was a plus. We had trouble getting in due to a maintenance problem that they had fixed. Couldn’t check in till 4PM and had to leave by 9AM. The unit was clean. I would rent it again."
