"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was the best of both world when it comes to close beautiful beach and clean pool just steps away. Perfect for family with small kids. We spent every morning on the beach, ate lunch at the condo, napped, and then swam in the pool in the afternoons. We would come back and use this host again. Loved the location and set up."

"This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues...

"Good stay overall. The unit is a bit dated and it had a musty odor (especially when coming in for the first time) and so did the elevators. The rates were comparable to other units that looked a little better around the area, so if you find that disappointing then you may want to shop around. I think the many scuffs from the walls would come off if they were cleaned with a damp cloth and a bit of comet powder. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen. It did not have a k-cup machine,...

"Wonderful beach location and view for a quiet getaway. It was very comfortable. If I were the owner, I would update it with nicer furniture. We had friends nearby and could have had them over for card games had we had a little bigger table and 2 more chairs. Bunk beds were nice and would be great for a couple with children."

"This property was absolutely perfect!! The check in and check out process was super easy!! The condo was extremely clean and has the best view. We love Fort Walton because it seems less crowded and the beach is really clean. We also loved having access to the pool since 2 of the 3 days that we were there we weren't able to get into the ocean because of hazardous conditions. Also everyone there was super friendly!! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again next year!!"

"I was in town for a volleyball tournament, so I was only really looking for a place to shower and sleep as I'd be away most of the time. It's PERFECT for 2-3 people. Bed was VERY comfortable,,, owner provided TONS of towels and the entire unit was very clean. Highly recommend!"

"The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and a 5 year old. We spent the majority of our time at the beach, but the pools were great for our son when we needed a break. We loved the condo and the communication with Michael was great! He responded quickly and was so nice. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The grills by the pool were very convenient and the tiki hut was nice for a quick snack. We would definitely stay here again!"
