"We stayed here for one night during Sanja Matsuri festival. It’s location is excellent for exploring Asakusa. The lobby is located on the 5th floor and you can only access it through one of the elevators of the shopping mall (this can be confusing for the check in). As a nature of being annexed to a mall in a busy street, you can expect the elevators to be a bit slow and crowded. The check in was smooth, and staff was professional. The room was good. "Cannot fault the hotel really. After 18 hour flight it was the perfect hotel to check into. Room was small but think that’s standard in Japan. The amenities were great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Only criticism was no iron in the room which meant I had to go down each day to reception to borrow one. Apart from that I would stay here again."

"Booked this hotel for myself and my two daughters (18 & 20) for our first time in Japan. First upon checking in, the staff greeted us right at the Uber drop off. She guided us up to the check in kiosk and handled everything. We booked the two twin room for three ppl.
