「整體十分滿意，但是有兩個早上凌晨5點左右，被嘈吵聲音弄醒，聲音疑似倒垃圾，希望留意及改善。另外有一個建議，使用酒店內設施希望可以改用房卡進入，比較要向接待處取卡更為方便呢！」

「Good: The hotel location is very good, about 5 minutes bus drive from the airport, 5 minutes walk to car return area; Startign from 3:00AM, the airport shuttle passes the hotel every 10 minutes. So, it is very convinient to stay in this hotel if you have an early flight. Bad side: hotel is a pretty old, very crowded in the lobby. 」

「the bed is large and soft,but there is no tooth.brush and.tooth paste in the bathroom.the bath tub is not.clean.enough.the breakfast is great but they serve.the same. thing everyday.it is good overall.」

「Rooms were comfortable and clean. Service staff good at their jobs. The only issue was the TV in the room had no signal and although we mentioned it , nothing was done. 」

「Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.」

「Far away from the bus stop. The room is very dark, not very clean. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.」

「Location is great. Breakfast is superb. Only problem is they don't understand "over easy" eggs. The might understand "light" instead. When I go back next year I'll bring a picture. It's a historic building but the remodel is modern and tasteful. All staff are friendly and responsive to my needs.」

「The service of the lady at the Check-in counter was disappointing. She gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for. As we only stay one night, we didn't request for a change of room and tolerated it.」
