"I booked this location for my family including my toddler nephew. A very family friendly hotel in a central part of downtown so easy for my family to walk around. The staff at the breakfast buffet were exceptional. My sister specifically loved the waitress who assisted them the three mornings that they were there. "

"I have stayed here quite a few times. Always the same every time. Clean, bustling, close to the airport. They do offer parking if you need to while you go on a cruise or short trip. I believe it is a out $10 per day. They have a large parking lot. Kay at the front desk was particularly great to deal with and made sure that my most recent stay was pleasant. Chop Steakhouse which is off the hotel lobby has great food. All dishes are good. Personal favorite is the blue cheese wedge salad...

"Very clean hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. It was easy to walk from the hotel. "

"We took a vacation in our own city. It Was quite loud being right beside the hospital but all in all it was a nice place and the pool was warm. "

"We stayed on the 13'th floor directly below the bar, and it was noisy until 1 am. The rooftop bar was too full for us, so we went to the lobby bar which told us last call at 10 pm on a Saturday night. There are no ice machines: instead they deliver - that took 2 calls and 30 minutes. Storing beverages in the mini-fridge will garner a $10 charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the staff was excellent. "
