"We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is good for disabled travelers and despite having to gain entry via another door it really is good. It’s not in a noisy area, the hotel is usually quiet. Free mini bar limited but still free. Disabled access room is excellent. "

"Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. They went out of their way to make everything right. The bed was very comfortable. My only concern was that there were no drawers and the bathroom didn’t have my space for toiletries. We ate in the grill restaurant one so. Er and breakfast, very good. We ate at Vanoost and it was an upscale dining experience."

"I loved staying at this hotel. It is the oldest hotel in Amsterdam. The location is perfect. We had a canal view which I would absolutely recommend! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the bar was also great. I would absolutely stay here again. "
