Terrible staff and service. Severely overpriced property that doesn’t deliver, inconsiderate staff, several lapses in basic service - these folks don’t care for their customers - it’s all about the money. We spent more than double compared to any other hotel in Amsterdam, and it was a big mistake. Don’t make the same mistake we did. This hotel is not worth it at all!, even if it was priced half of its current crazy high price.

What a lovely business trip! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by smiling faces at both the entrance and then during check in with my guest service host Meÿke. She went out of her way to book me a ticket to the Van Gogh museum and a private sunset wine and cheese cruise on the canals on the most beautiful wooden boat. The propertyi is immaculate and the service is 5 star all around. Finally the beds were like sleeping on figurative clouds. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal ! Exzellenter Service. Da wir eher eingetroffen sind als 15 Uhr , hatten wir sogar die Möglichkeit schon 2 Stunden eher unser Zimmer zu beziehen. Wenn wir Amsterdam nochmal besuchen , dann würden wir auch nur im Waldorf Astoria nächtigen wollen . Das Hotel ist definitiv das beste was Amsterdam zu bieten hat.!

I love the Waldorf Astoria Hotel brand. Their hotel staff know how to make a traveler feel at home. How ? 1.Tending to my needs for clean rooms. 2 Providing information about where to go or where to eat. 3. The turndown service with my selected scent sprayed around the room and bed before I went to sleep. 4. Free bottles of water each day. Most premium hotel don't do that anymore. 5. Getting the door for me evert time. 6. Researching local pharmacies to find contact lens cleaning solution for my specialized contact lens.

O hotel é simplesmente nota 10. As instalações, os quartos, os funcionários, a comida. Certamente voltarei em Amsterdam e me hospedarei lá novamente. Gostaria de registrar a sensibilidade e o apoio que tive de toda a equipe do hotel com um gravíssimo problema de saúde que a mãe da minha esposa teve e que nos obrigou a retornar ao Brasil com urgência, interrompendo a viagem.O Hotel nos deu todo o apoio e assistência e terá sempre nossa gratidão e admiração.
