"Wonderful location, clean, modern rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise! Such a kid friendly resort with so many facilities/activities for the kids. Convenient location, only a short walk down to the main strip of Surfers. Plenty of food options including pizza, mexican and general cafe/pub style food. The staff were all lovely and we had particularly great experiences with Charlene, Adam & Gio who were all amazing with our kids and went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend for a family friendly holiday 😊"

"Great view. Closeness to Darling Harbour and able to walk/bus anywhere easily. Kitchen was handy and had everything. Spacious unit Bed was very hard. Bedside lights button was too high and you had to get out of bed to turn them off/on Hard to open curtains behind sofa as you had to lean/climb on to it as it was a corner curved window. No face towels and hard to get into shower if you were a large person "
