「The hotel is a perfect location if you want to stay close to Times Square. Rooms are smaller in size but very inviting. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Overall great hotel in New York. 」

「We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.」

「It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around. 」

「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」

「The Shoreham Hotel is an excellent location for enjoying New York City. You have all the advantages of midtown, but can also get to Central Park, upper East and West Sides, as well as downtown easily. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I only wish the rooms had a refrigerator to store drinks and snacks, as well as a tea kettle for the mornings.」
