"The hotel is amazing especially the free breakfast offered. Very very nice breakfast and the food changed daily. The staff is very friendly. The hotel with 3 lifts which is very handy and also vending machines available with 100 yen drinks. (Amazing) Location is quite good and room is spacious."

"We only planned for a 1 night stay in Hakone for our holiday and regret making it so short. The Ten-Yu hotel is excellent with great amenities and attentive staff members. Really enjoyed having the private hot spring bath on the balcony!"

"Lovely spacious room with small kitchen area. The Onsen was very peaceful. The "Free Flow" bar was generously stocked. Sadly the weather meant the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure that would have been lovely too. "

The free shuttle service between the hotel and Odawara, Sounzan, and Gora stations were so convenient. The hotel room was big and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. "Great hotel! We booked the hotel Hoping to get a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it since it was cloudy and rainy. However, the onsen on the rooftop made it worth it. It was beautiful and clean. The room was small, but typical for Japan. There were also many walkable restaurants outside of the hotel and the subway was a 1 min walk away. Would stay here again! "

"This is super clean and convenient business hotel. This hotel has everything you need. High tech coin laundry which you can monitor the progress from your room. Free breakfast. Super safe. Even they didn’t take the tip I left for housekeepers. It’s right next to main station but super quiet in and out. All kinds of shops are right there. "
