"Hotel is perfectly placed for His Majestys Theatre where my wife and I enjoyed tickets for The Phantom of the Opera as a wedding anniversary gift. Unfortunately the pool at the hotel was unavailable, due to a private event for the duration of our stay, however to help celebrate our anniversary we were upgraded to a luxury suite and provided with a free bottle of champagne and celebration cake in our room upon arrival. "From arrival, service was top notch. The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was spacious with comfortable bedding. A very large room. The restaurant bar made wonderful cocktails. This coupled with its location is a must stay every time I visit London. "
