"Better than expected. Got there early, so they stored our luggage. On check in we were upgraded to a family room that had two big beds and one small. Room 119 at the end of a corridor with window overlooking side street. No noise from outside. Beds were clean and comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Not alot of room around the beds, but it was fine. Good shower, USB charging points, fridge & TV in room. Breakfast available at a place around the corner.Two minutes walk to St Pancras/Kings...

"Lovely hotel, parking was rather hard to find, and had a rude Egyptian guy at reception, to me and my girlfriend, ehich out a bit of a downer on our stay straight fron the off, But room was big, clean, modern, "

"After reading the reviews i was expecting the worst. However was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The shower was great. Bed was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a room with a window as the room was quite hot. The lamps didn't have bulbs but there was plenty of light. The tv worked fine and the room had tea and coffee. Extra milk was given on request. Staff were very polite and helpful. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel, didn't even ask about food, so can't comment, just choose...

"Location is excellent it’s just 2 minutes walk to the underground station, lots of shops around the hotel as well, but I have to say I was staying in top floor and there is no lift, I would give 5.5 out of 10"
