Nothing good except for the neighbourhood

Staff all looks very indifferent. Small room, small toilet, very old & low quality furniture. Blanket without cover meaning the next guest will use the same one directly, over and over again.

the staff is very nice and helpful, even no elevator, they stay help every one to carry the babbage to room. The room was clean (except under ground floor)

First we got the wrong room. Had specifically ordered a two single ned room, but opened the door to a on queen size bed room. The receptionist pretended that he could not find our booking, so our room was correct, but after I said three times that i ordered 2 single beds he magically found my booking. We got the correct room type. There the heat was so high one could bearly breath. asked two days in a row that the heat must be turned down, because it was hard to sleep because of the heat. The carpet had nasty stains, but other than it was fairly clean. Do NOT wash your hair because the water pressure is so low that you need to spend an hour to get the soap out. The shower is almost impossible to adjust to warm water so 3 of 5 days was with ice cold water in the shower.. Will not go back to this "hotel"

30 years of World TRAVEL- One of the worst places

We booked a quad room for over the Christmas Holiday. When we checked into the room, it smelled like a sewer exploded. The only other room they had was a room with NO bathroom. We had to share the staff restroom. I decided to check into a different hotel in this neighborhood so we could shower and feel SAFE. I beg you DO NOT STAY at this hotel. If I had the choice to sleep in a train station or at this hotel, I would be pretty hard to decide to go back to this place. STAY AWAY. BTW- I travel around the world and stay in manner different styles of hotels and take reviewers with a grain of salt. I WISH I listened to the past comments and decided to go somewhere else.

Disgusting - The pictures lies!

It was a disgusting hotel and the room was full of mold. It had water damage in the ceiling, the walls were cracked with holes all over. Curtins was damaged and could not close fully. They also had stains all over. The carpet were full of stains and i do not even want to know, what kind of disgusting things that were hiding in there. The radiator did not work - it was realt warm and there were no windows. The escape door could not be opened aswell. Would not recommend at all!

El St. Joseph hotel es un pequeño hotel situado a 9 km del centro de Londres, por lo que es necesario coger el metro. No cuenta con ascensor y las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones son muy estrechas y empinadas. El wifi te lo cobran si lo quieres utilizar. La limpieza de la moqueta decepcionante, muy sucia y vieja. Uno de los colchones de nuestra habitación estaba totalmente hundido por el centro, imposible dormir en él. La ducha, lo mejor es entrar con chanclas y la cortina mal oliente se te pega al cuerpo mientras te duchas. Importante, secador no hay y el frigorifico está de adorno porque no llega el cable para enchufar. Una ventana no se podía cerrar, por tanto dormireis con ella abierta aunque no es problema porque hace muchisimo calor en la habitación. La atención del personal no fue del todo decepcionante, pero comparado como nos trataton los londinenses en la calle, dejo mucho que desear. En resumen, no está mal para dormir 3 noches, y el servicio de habitaciones ha sido correcto. Te cambian las toallas, las sabanas estan limpias...
