「Everything was excellent from check in to check out! The staff was so nice and the room was clean and updated. We were there for a baseball tournament and the free breakfast was phenomenal and so many options to choose from. We didn’t partake in the included dinner, but there were a lot of people who did so it must have been delicious. We will be staying here anytime we come to Charlotte. 」

「Everything about the property was good the only issue for me was the pool , it was not as clean as it should have been u think the pool should be drained so the inner walls can be scrubbed and disinfected i wanted to enjoy the pool but couldnt because of the lack of cleanliness other than that i was satisfied with the hotel and other amenities.」
