“This property is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. The amenities were more than we expected. The place is beautifully decorated, the kitchen well stocked, and it was extremely clean. The area was very quiet, which we appreciated. The host was very responsive. I would definitely rent this condo again!”

“Loved the location, great view and loved the balcony. The apartment was nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Could have used a stepstool to reach the kitchen cabinets, a full length mirror would have been nice, and maybe an over the door towel rack for extra towels. TV was a little complicated to work along with the Roku, very slow. All in all, for 2 people it was nice.”

“Our host met us right at the door and did a walk through giving us all the information we may need. The property was beautiful and clean. It had everything we could possibly need available and the location was spectacular. Highly recommend!!!”

“Only negative thing I have to say is that there is not really a kitchen. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and sink and that was pretty much it as far as a kitchen goes. There was plates cups provided. But we were prepared to cook all meals and that changed without a stove or oven available.”

“If you are looking for someplace clean, you should definitely stay here, it was spotless. We loved the location, we were able to walk to everything in Southport and its just a short drive to Caswell Beach. My only issue was there was limited cell service and no secure internet. Although, that maybe a blessing in disguise for some.”

“Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!”

“This place could not be more perfect. Locationally a 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk to get breakfast or lunch. We had a large group and it accommodated all of us perfectly. Whenever we had a question about anything, Brad answered within 5 minutes (even at 11pm). So thankful for that! We will be back!”

“Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in.”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……
